What is Sound?

Sound is defined as vibrations that travel through the air or another medium as an audible mechanical wave. It is produced from a vibrating body. The vibrating body causes the medium (water, air, etc.) around it to vibrate thus producing sound.

How can we use sound to help us heal and rejuvenate?

Sound creates a soothing effect throughout the entire body. When different sound vibrations and frequencies are created, it impacts the body and its meridians helping you promote deep relaxation, induce total relaxation, release emotional trauma, and relieve stress and anxiety.

Sound healing has been practised for thousands of years to realign the body's vibration, improve mental health issues and emotional wellbeing. Back in the olden days it was even used to remove evil spirits (chanting). 

It was incredibly popular in Ancient Greece and was used to treat or even cure mental disorders.
